| 1 Corinthians 1:18 | It appears that in my "retirement", I have been called by the Lord, through the Global Methodist Church, to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ. The following scriptures have taken on a deeper meaning in my life. 1 Corinthians 1:18 "For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to those who are being saved it is the power of God." Romans 1:15 -16a: "That is why I am so eager to preach the gospel to you (who are in Rome). I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God for the salvation of everyone who believes." May God continue to bless the ministry of Vennard College Alumni. |
| Romans 1:15 -16a | |
| Ephesians 3:16-20 | “that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might through His Spirit in the inner man, that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and depth and height— to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God. Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us,” Tammie Barrett Andersen |
Philippians 1:9 |
"And this is my prayer, that your love may abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight, so you may be able to discern what is best and may be pure and blameless until the day of Christ, filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God." |
