Psalm 18;1-2 " I love you, Lord, my strength. The Lord is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer. My God is my rock in whom I take refuge, my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold."
Bonnie Doll

Psalm 28:8

"The LORD is my strength, and my shield; my heart hath trusted in him, and I am helped; *therefore my heart danceth for joy, and in my song will I praise him."
Carl Smith

Psalm 104:33-34 "I will sing to the Lord all my life;  I will sing praise to my God as long as I live. May my meditation be pleasing to him, as I rejoice in the Lord."
I put my year verse on my Facebook page and shared it with my Bible Study group as well. You will find the photo I used attached. The verse is in print below my signature on all my emails as well. I've made this a practice for the last 5+ years. This year’s verse, from Psalm 104 carries a double meaning for me. Music has always been a significant part of my life. The thought goes beyond physical singing hymns, and includes our very lives as a song of praise to the one who made us!
