| Psalm 42:1-2 (NCV) |
"As a deer thirsts for streams of water, so I thirst for You, God. I thirst for the living God. When can I go to meet with God." This verse came to me one day when I was riding in my car.
God and I have a special sign or icon or whatever you want to call it.
I love to ride in the car and look for deer. At times when I am down, troubled
or just need to be reminded that God is near; He shows me a deer and often at
the time of day when you ordinarily don’t see a deer. I most often feel the closest
to God when I ride in the car and talk with Him. I turned my life over to Him 27 years
ago while driving in my car and that is where I feel the closest to Him. Mary Roozeboom |

"Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God...praying always..." I had been looking at an entirely different verse for this year, one about peace and comfort.
