  Job Descriptions
  Board Of Directors:
  1. Prepare for Board approval any edits to existing job descriptions, and wording for new jobs descriptions.
  2. Develop and maintain list of alumni interested in service on Board, and present the list to the Board for preparing the slate.
  3. On behalf of the Board, contact/invite potential Board Directors.
     
  Committees
  1. Develop and maintain a list of volunteers.
