At Reunion 2012, we'd like to hear our quartets again.

If you were a member of any of the male quartets, plan to join us at the Reunion and sing in a men's ensemble.

Visit the Calling All Quartets page for photos and information. And come back in March to hear audio of the early Evangels.


Registration Form
Registration for the Reunion is now open. This is a form to print, and mail in. Details are on the form. There are also links on the form to local attractions which we are incorporating into the schedule.

Our next deposit to MNU is due by March 15. Also, there are limited rooms available on campus, and they will be assigned on a first-come basis. So please register and send your registration check now. If you are unable to attend but would like to support the reunion, please send your donation check.

Schedule of Events
This is a summary of the events list. The list of events will be finalized, and we'll be adding details about each event over the coming months. We've recieved suggestions from alumni, and have been able to incorporate them into the schedule. If you have ideas for what you would like to do at the reunion, email your suggestions to us at alumnihome@vcaa.net.
   
     
Frequently Asked Questions    
     

Q: If I register for the Campus Package, is there a discount if I don’t stay in the dorm all three nights or eat all of my meals on campus?  
A: The Campus Package rate is based on our group reserving various campus facilities for the duration of the reunion. Therefore, we cannot give “per day” or “per meal” discounts.

Q: If I register for the Olathe Package, can I pay extra to eat meals on campus?
A: The Olathe Package includes dinner on campus Saturday night. If you would like to pay for additional meals, please contact Shelly Price (fortlot@hotmail.com) for pricing information. Please note that we will be unable to accept additional meal requests after May 1, 2012.

Q: Does the registration fee include children?
A: Campus Package: Children ages 11 and up will each be charged the $105 rate. Children ages 4-10 will not be charged for lodging, but will be charged $42 for their meals.
Olathe Package: If children ages 4 and up will be attending the Saturday night banquet, they will be charged $10. 

Q: Why is the reunion being held at MidAmerican Nazarene University?
A: When Vennard College closed, MidAmerican offered to house our archives and help us with any future reunions and gatherings. They have been wonderful to work with and we are thankful for their partnership in this event.  It is also centrally located with nearby access to a major airport.
