We invite you to share your Year Verse with us. Email the reference and the text for the verse, and any comment you want to make to alumnihome@vcaa.net.
Alumni and friends are welcome to participate. Please send your email before February 29th, 2012. Then return here in March for the blessing of reading the 2012 year verses.

"The year verses have been a long standing tradition in the Vennard family. The Word of God is timeless, not subject to space or location, and always powerful. It is amazing to read the verses after the year has passed and reflect on how God has used that verse in the individual's life. I praise God that He is all-knowing, and that through His written Word He speaks hope, truth, encouragement and peace into our lives. His Word is His "love" letter to us.
My prayer is that you will find all that you need for the year to come from His word. Have a Blessed and Godfilled 2012 as we embark on this incredible journey."

"For
those who are new to our Festival of Praise, we began in 1998 as an
attempt to continue the CEI-Vennard tradition of exchanging year verses
at the beginning of each New Year. Originally that exchange took place
in a variety of gatherings of the College family. Since 1998, the
exchange has been by e-mail. Interested persons have forwarded their
year verses to me, and I have compiled those verses in a composite
report sent to all who have participated. We are now able to post
these emails at the Alumni Association website, so that we can share
the experience the blessings of Festival of Praise with others
of our wonderful College family."
